The Owen Sound Attack are back in action this week with three games which get underway with a Wednesday night match up with the Guelph Storm. A 7:00pm puck drop at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre, the Attack and Storm will meet for the 3rd time already in this young season.

The Attack enter Wednesday's contest on the heels of a thrilling overtime victory over the Windsor Spitfires on Sunday, Oct. 18, a game that pushed Owen Sound to a record of 5-3-1-1, good for 12 points and 4th a current spot of 4th place in the Midwest Division. Guelph sits directly behind the Attack in the Midwest, with a record of 1-7-1-0 on the year which has given them three points.

The squads have split the two previous meetings, with Owen Sound winning the first match up 1-0 in overtime, while the Stormtook the last contest; a 3-1 battle at the Sleeman Centre.

Stellar goaltending has marked the season series to date, with Attack goalie Michael McNiven posting a 1.43 goals against average and a .943 save percentage against Guelph this year. He has been countered by Storm keeper Justin Nichols, who has a .97 GAA to go along with a .976 save percentage.

Owen Sound is lead into the game by defenceman Santino Centorame, who currently sits in 2nd for scoring by a defence in the Ontario Hockey League with 11 points.

Leading the way for Guelph this year is James McEwan, whose five points have all come in the form of goals.
