It's Bears vs. Horses at the Bayshore on Wednesday night, as the Owen Sound Attack are set to host the Barrie Colts in a midweek clash of cross-conference rivals.

The Attack and Colts are scheduled for a 7:00pm puck drop that pits the Colts, who have points in their last eight games, against the Attack for the 4th time this season. One lucky fan will go home with a pair of 2016/2017 Attack Season Tickets, compliments of Molson Canadian. Three lucky contestants will shoot to win as part of the Molson Canadian #anythingforhockey promo. Molson Canadian representatives will be present, along with the famous Molson Canadian fridge which has arranged to be brought to Owen Sound especiallyfor Wednesday's game.

Wednesday night's game marks just the 2nd time out of the four meetings on the year that the teams do battle in the Scenic City. The last game in Owen Sound between the squads was just prior to the Christmas break, a tilt that saw the Colts win 6-3 and improve their lead in the season series to 3-0.

The Attack are riding high into Wednesday's game, fresh off of a dominating 6-2 win over the Guelph Storm in Saturday night's Heart Beats And Hockey Sticks game. Owen Sound is currently embroiled in a battle for positioning with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, and a win over Barrie could vault the Attack back into 6th in the Western Conference.

Entering Wednesday night, the Colts hold a record of 31-16-0-2, good for 64 points and 2nd overall in the East. The Attack's mark of 22-18-6-3 has them at 53 points on the year and in 7th place, just 1 point behind the Hounds with a game in hand.

Kevin Labanc of the Colts currently leads the Ontario Hockey League in scoring, having registered 90 points in 47 games on the year, including 29 goals. Labanc's teammate Rasmus Andersson leads the OHL in defensive scoring with 47 points, while Attack captain Santino Centorame is 10th on the list with 32 points in 48 games on the season.

Overagers Bryson Cianfrone and Josh Sterk are 1st and 2nd in scoring for the Attack, with 37 and 34 points respectively.

Fans can purchase tickets for Wednesday night's game at the DJ's Furniture Attack Box Office, online , or by calling 519-371-7452.
