Drop-in meditation classes are being held Sunday, Apr. 9 and Sunday, Apr. 30, in Owen Sound. Join students old and new for a monthly drop-in meditation class led by Theodore Tsaousidis. The drop-in classes will be run in a secular (non-religious) manner and are informed by Buddhist teachings.
