The Owen Sound Police Service is seeking assistance from the public who may have information about a break and enter to a residence that occurred in the 700 block of 3rd Avenue East at approximately 2:30 a.m on Thursday, March 23.

A suspect was observed near the crime scene and it is possible that members of the public may have been in the area of the house or near the 300 block of 8th Street East at that time.
