school busVehicle owner is charged for passing a school bus.

On October 30, 2017 at 9:46 a.m. the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a White Audi going past a school bus with the red flashing lights activated. The vehicle owner, a 24-year-old Toronto man, was identified and charged with fail to stop for school bus.

This offence carries a set fine of $490 and six demerit points. The consequences can be far worse if a student is hit while trying to get on or off their school bus.
