Police are seeking the public's assistance with a theft investigation.
The Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police is continuing to investigate several reports of pop machine theft.
September 8, 2017 between 2:00 a.m. and 2:15 a.m., the pop machine next to the Rankin River Trading Company on Berford Street in Wiarton was broken into.
September 8, 2017 between 3:15 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., 3 pop machines were broken into on Bay Street in Tobermory.
September 8, 2017 between 5:00 a.m. and 5:15 a.m., 3 pop machines near the intersection of Main Street and Lakeshore Boulevard north in Sauble Beach were broken into.
The amount of money stolen from the pop machines is estimated to be more than $1,000. There is no estimate on the cost of repairs to the machines available at this time.
